Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Food Products
For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or picked up.
This policy applies to all prepared foods, baked goods, desserts, catering items, and other perishable products sold by Pyza Foods.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that differs substantially from what you purchased, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may, at our discretion:
- Replace the incorrect item
- Provide store credit
- Issue a partial or full refund
Supporting photographs may be requested to assist with verification.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
To evaluate the issue, we may request:
- Photographs of the product
- Order details
- Description of the problem
Following review, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered, is significantly incomplete, or is delivered to the wrong location due to an error attributable to Pyza Foods, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Where delivery is performed by a third-party service, additional investigation may be required.
5. Catering Orders
Catering orders often require advance preparation and purchasing of ingredients.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Refund eligibility for catering cancellations will be determined based on:
- Notice provided
- Preparation already completed
- Ingredients purchased specifically for the order
Any applicable refund amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Failure to review ingredient information
- Orders not collected during agreed pickup times
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Minor variations in appearance, presentation, or packaging
