Yes, we make a lot of vegan dishes. Here are a few of them: pierogies with potatoes and onions, pierogies with lentils, pierogies with cabbage and mushrooms, vegan stuffed cabbage, croquettes with cabbage and mushrooms, salads, and many more. All vegan dishes are marked.

1 What is the difference between your fresh and frozen products?

Every day, we prepare authentic Polish dishes. Some are served fresh, while others are carefully frozen and packaged to preserve their quality and flavor.

2 Do you prepare food fresh daily?

Yes. We offer a wide selection of traditional Polish dishes, so our kitchen is busy every day preparing fresh products.

3 Do you offer holiday specials for Christmas and Easter?

Yes. For holidays such as Christmas and Easter, we offer a special holiday menu available by pre-order. It is usually published about a month in advance and includes all the ordering details and deadlines.

4 Can I view the full menu before visiting?

Yes. Our menu is divided into three categories: catering, frozen meals, and takeout. You can view all of our menus on our website before your visit.

5 Where do you source your ingredients?

We use high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers in Quebec. Combined with traditional Polish recipes and daily preparation, they help us deliver authentic flavors in every dish.

6 Do you change your menu seasonally?

We offer a regular menu throughout the year, but during the Christmas and Easter seasons, we also introduce a selection of traditional holiday dishes.

7 How do I reheat your products at home?

Reheating instructions depend on the type of product you purchased:

• Fresh products (such as sausages) can be reheated on the barbecue, in a frying pan, in the oven, in boiling water, or in the microwave.
• Frozen products (such as stuffed cabbage rolls, croquettes, and potato pancakes) should be thawed first, then reheated in the oven, in a frying pan, or in the microwave.
• Frozen pierogies, pyzy, and kopytka should not be thawed before cooking. Cook them directly from frozen according to the instructions on the package. They must be fully cooked before eating.

8 Can I freeze your products at home?

Frozen products should be kept frozen to maintain their quality and shelf life. Once thawed, they should not be refrozen. Products such as pierogies, pyzy, and potato dumplings should remain frozen until you are ready to cook them. If you purchase our fresh products, you can safely freeze them at home.

9 How should I store your products and how long do they stay fresh?

Frozen products should be kept in the freezer and have a best-before date of approximately 5 to 8 months. Fresh products should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C and 4°C and have a best-before date of approximately 5 to 8 days. Please refer to the product label for specific storage instructions and best-before dates.

Yes! Our ready-to-cook products are perfect for preparing at home. Our most popular options are frozen pierogies and pyzy. Each product includes cooking instructions and nutritional information on the label.
